All in all though I am happy with the product :- Rated 5 out of 5 by Tessie from Aquaroll Used an aquaroll for 8 years but wanted another so that I always have a full one to change over to when one runs out, they always seem to run out at an inconvenient time when it is awkward to refill the empty one. The Eye-Ball gives you an indication of the water level by using a manometer tube along with an indicator float showing you the exact level of the water. I did use some force but to no avail. Swapping the tube over is quicker than filling one up. Here you can drive up close to a fresh water tap and use a hose to fill the onboard tank. Could I suggest Glenn, next time you connect the adaptor have a look in the aquaroll from the top filler hole and check if the ball-cock is completely horizontal or sitting at an angle, that might be the cause. I've found the Torbeck valve in Wickes at? There is also a comprehensive range of replacement accessories for the Aquaroll and Wastemaster should you damage or lose any components, popular replacement items are the Aquaroll handle and 80mm Replacement Cap. Can anyone help either to explain the operation of the valve or to give me a current supplier's details. However i've found that when the supplied water pressure is low, the ball cock doesn't shut off fully and therefore the container fills and eventually overflows. On a serviced pitch we run the mains water to the aquaroll. You can always run a hose from the tap to your van and turn it on when you need top up the aqua roll. Press it and the water fills into the tank. This is kept up to the mid level by the float. We have a long length of corrugated pipe, but it's Murphy's law, isn't it? If they are connected then it means you will leave it and have to fill up two at a time. Depending on the water pressure in your area the Mains Adaptor can take up to 7-8 seconds to shut off. Must be honest and say I've never heard of anyone experiencing that problem.
